Robyn Cotter, Assoc CIPD
I am an HR professional with over 15 years experience operating at a senior level in fast paced, forward thinking organisations. I was previously based in London and now live in Shropshire having moved here in 2016. My areas of specialism include Reward, Employee Benefits, HR Operations and HR Information Systems. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and the Reward and Employee Benefits Association (Reba Global).
My approach to working with you will be collaborative and flexible. I am a driven individual who is happy to dive straight into the detail or take a more tactical role. Either working in-house or remotely, on a full-time, part-time, retained or project driven basis, I can offer you both strategic and operational support.
In addition to my role as HR, Reward & Benefits Consultant, my other passion is horses (I currently own and care for 4!). In my spare time, I actively study equine related therapies including Equine Reiki.
